Inauguration of AKSHI Crossword Puzzle Device(Level 1) distribution was conducted on 1st April 2022 at the Government school for Visually Impaired, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, Kerala. This device was developed by the Assistive Technology division of ICFOSS.
Distribution of the device was inaugurated by the Director of General Education, Kerala, Shri Jeevan Babu K IAS by handing over the device to Shri Abdul Hakkim, Headmaster, Government school for Visually Impaired, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, Kerala. The Director of ICFOSS, Dr. Elizabeth Sherly presided over the function. Shri Abdul Hakkim, Headmaster, Government school for Visually Impaired, Vazhuthacaud was honoured during the function. During the function, the Headmaster of the school handed over a memento of appreciation to the Director of ICFOSS for the efforts of ICFOSS towards the learning needs of visually impaired students.
